When I'm not making graphite portraits, I like to slide the stylistic scale away from realistic depiction, pushing cartoon-ish. I've always been very inspired by a variety of characters and archetypes, film noir, grit, melodrama, flamboyance, fashion, forces of good, and, on the flipside, evil.
